This policy explains our return, exchange, and refund process to ensure clarity for all customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the rare case where you receive an incorrect product or a product damaged during transit. Since jewelry pieces are delicate and made with intricate work, we do not entertain returns for minor variations in color, design, or texture. Additionally, products cannot be returned due to personal preferences such as size concerns, weight, or style differences. Customers are advised to refer to size guides, model images, and descriptions before placing an order.
Return Request Timeline
Any return request for incorrect or damaged items must be reported within eight hours of delivery. To validate damage claims, customers must provide an unboxing video and photographs clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the package. Any return request made beyond this time frame, or without required proof, will not be eligible.
Condition of Returned Product
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and complete with the original packaging, including pouches, boxes, certificates, gift coupons, care instructions, and invoice. If our quality team finds signs of usage, handling damage, or package tampering, the return claim will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders under any circumstances due to customs handling and global logistics protocols. Personalized, custom-made, or altered products also cannot be returned.
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not issue monetary refunds for returned items. Once your return is approved, we will provide a store credit or discount coupon equal to the product value, valid for a period of thirty days. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers who wish to purchase a different item may use their approved store credit to place a new order.
Customer Responsibility
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure someone receives the package and records the unboxing if needed. Damage claims without proof or after the eight-hour window cannot be accepted, even if you were away.
