Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We generally require one to two working days to process and ship your order after confirming your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Once processed, domestic orders typically take one to five working days to be delivered, depending on your location and the courier service availability. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment in real time.
International Shipping
We proudly deliver to select countries outside India. International shipping requires more processing time due to customs documentation and handling. Orders usually take twelve to fifteen working days to be dispatched and delivered, depending on destination country regulations and customs procedures. Once the package leaves India, we are not responsible for overseas delays or handling by international courier agencies.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs charges, import duties, and taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping cost. In case of customs delay or inspection, delivery times may extend, and we will not be able to intervene in such circumstances.
Shipping Guarantee & Responsibility
We ensure secure packaging for every order. Once the shipment is handed over to our courier partners, the responsibility for delivery rests with the logistics provider. For international orders, our responsibility ends once the parcel exits India. Although we assist wherever possible, we cannot be held liable for customs-related issues, delays, or loss outside India.
